I’m a senior film / video and creative leader with over 15 years’ experience working across sport, culture, and digital media. Across my career, I’ve played a dual role — leading from both the director’s chair and the managing director’s desk — contributing to the creation and delivery of more than 150 projects across multiple platforms and markets.

My work sits at the intersection of storytelling, audience behaviour, and execution at scale. I’m particularly interested in how video formats travel across platforms, how tone and credibility shape audience trust, and how creative ambition can be balanced with clarity, speed, and performance in today’s digital landscape.

Alongside hands-on creative work, I’ve spent the past decade building and leading teams through my role as Managing Director and Co-Founder of La Familia London — a hybrid creative production company delivering sport-, fashion-, and lifestyle-led content globally. This experience has shaped a leadership approach grounded in collaboration, clear direction, and the ability to align creative, editorial-style thinking, and commercial objectives.

My portfolio spans TV commercials, digital series, social-first campaigns, documentaries, and platform-native video, with experience working alongside athletes, talent, and subject-matter experts. I’ve partnered with brands and organisations including Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Unilever, Formula E, Tencent, BBC Creative, and others.

I’m UK-based and work internationally, with a strong interest in how video teams and formats can evolve to meet the demands of modern, audience-led media environments.
